Located in Bowness-on-Windermere in the heart of the Lake District National Park, the Burnside Park development is made up of several different types of timeshare self-catering accommodation, including cottages and apartments.

The different types of property provide a variety of holiday accommodation comprising different layouts and sizes.

Mellor Architects were commissioned for the master-planning the site, which is part of the extensive grounds and gardens of the Burnside Hotel and Leisure Club, and subsequently carried out the detailed design.

Each property is afforded a generous plot within the mature gardens, with stone and slate common to the area utilised in the contemporary design.

The project was undertaken in phases over a number of years with the hotel, completed properties and leisure club remaining open throughout.
